Welcome to Sprint Log Parser & Threat Analytics Platform ("Sprint Log Parser", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, log shippers, API endpoints, or web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Service Availability & Subscriptions
Sprint Log Parser provides real-time log ingestion, threat detection, and active IPS blocklist synchronization. Free and paid subscription tiers (e.g. Developer Free Plan and Business Plan) govern node limits, retention windows, and access to Autonomous Sudo Mode.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Sprint Log Parser only to monitor log telemetry for systems, servers, and networks you own or have explicit authorization to audit. You must not ingest malicious payloads designed to compromise our infrastructure or abuse our API rate limits.
3. Telemetry Retention & Security
Log records ingested into the platform are subject to automated retention policies (e.g. 3-day default retention for standard logs). Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3 transport security.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sprint Log Parser and its edge synchronization tools are provided "as is". While our threat engine detects malicious vectors and manages firewall rules, we are not liable for unblocked zero-day attacks or third-party server configuration errors.
