Terms of Service & Data Agreement
Welcome to Sprint Log Parser & Threat Analytics Platform ("Sprint Log Parser", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our platform, installing our log shipping tools, or streaming log telemetry to our API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Service Availability & Workspace Subscriptions
Sprint Log Parser provides real-time log ingestion, threat detection, PII auto-redaction, and active IPS blocklist synchronization. Subscription tiers (e.g. Developer Free Plan and Business Plan) govern workspace node capacity, retention windows, and access to Autonomous Sudo Mode.
2. Acceptable Use & Server Authorization
You agree to use Sprint Log Parser and our log shipping agents only to monitor systems, web servers, and networks that you own or have explicit legal authorization to audit. You must not ingest malformed payloads designed to disrupt platform infrastructure or abuse API rate limits.
3. Log Shipper Agent Terms & Operational Boundaries
Our log shipper utilities operate under strict data minimization boundaries:
- Read-Only Log Ingestion: The shipper only reads log paths explicitly defined in your local configuration (e.g. Nginx access/error logs, Syslog, Laravel logs).
- No Code or Database Inspection: The shipper never reads application source code, environment
.envfiles, or database storage tables. - No Remote Execution: The shipper cannot execute arbitrary remote shell commands on host servers.
- Firewall Synchronization: Sudo Mode blocklists downloaded by the shipper are applied strictly to local firewall rules (Nginx map, Cloudflare WAF, iptables) to drop identified attacker IPs.
4. Telemetry Handling, Privacy & Ownership
You retain full ownership of all log records ingested into your workspace. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share customer telemetry with third parties. All log data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 transport security and automatically purged upon expiration of your workspace tier retention window.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sprint Log Parser and its edge synchronization tools are provided "as is". While our threat engine detects malicious vectors and manages firewall blocklists, we are not liable for unblocked zero-day attacks, third-party server configuration errors, or network outages beyond our reasonable control.
