1. Log Telemetry Collection & Usage
When you stream log files to Sprint Log Parser (e.g., Nginx access/error logs, Laravel logs, Syslogs), we extract technical diagnostic attributes including client IP addresses, HTTP request paths, status codes, user-agents, and exception messages solely for threat intelligence, security auditing, and performance monitoring.
2. Automated Data Retention & Pruning
Ingested log lines and parsed request records are automatically purged by our background scheduler after 3 days (or as specified by your workspace tier retention schedule) to minimize data footprints and adhere to strict privacy practices.
3. Data Security & Compliance Alignment
All telemetry data in transit is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS 1.3 transport security. We do not sell, rent, or trade your telemetry or personal user data to third parties.
